With over 20 years experience that includes company management and small business lending, Sean is familiar with both the daily grind and the long term.

A vast array of industry relationships, a keen sense of industry markets, and killer instincts provides him with the ability to offer guidance for nearly every situation. And having owned several small businesses himself, he knows exactly what it’s like to go through the typical paces of running the whole show.

When he is not working with his business clients Sean can be found pursuing his many creative projects. He is an accomplished music composer, producer, and mixing engineer. His is also a dedicated animal rescuer and meditation instructor.

Sean’s awareness cause is The Sato Project, a non profit dedicated to rescuing abused and abandoned dogs in Puerto Rico.

A veteran of over twenty five years in business lending, Steve continues to flourish in an industry that is constantly evolving.

As former Budget Director at New York Life, Ronnie brings the enterprise level, multi-office budget and finance skills needed for our agency to expand services and scale effectively. She also established and ran the first virtual help desk in the country (long before there was even software on the market to do so). Her CV also includes private and non profit turnaround, and tax debt negotiations.

World class mother, master gardener, and kindness personified, Ronnie is also very involved in youth ballet and dance on Long Island, NY.

With his entry into the business as a tech support specialist for a large-scale factoring company, Sharon was ‘hooked’ on truckers from the very beginning. He applied his skills in management and infrastructure towards building teams for startup trucking tech, before finally finding his home at BLF, through of all things, a random email. The rest was history.

Musician, chess enthusiast, and semi-pro weightlifter, Sharon is also very involved with his church and also loves travelling.

Teresa began her career as a staff bookkeeper for a small trucking company, where she gained firsthand experience in the unique financial needs and challenges of the trucking industry. Her dedication to simplifying the financial complexities for truckers led her to establish her own bookkeeping firm before joining BLF.

Teresa holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, from Cal State University. She is currently working towards her Master’s in Business Administration, further deepening her expertise in business and financial management.
